Our Store's Return Policy

 

New items purchased and returned within 30 days are accepted, when returned in the same condition and not used.

All items under warranty may be brought in for repair, free of charge.  Please clean your feeder prior to bringing it in for repair.

Our team members will be happy to help you trouble-shoot and or solve problems with squirrels, raccoons & blackbird issues.  We cannot accept returns due to these issues.

 

Products not sold or available in our store cannot be returned or exchanged.

Please keep all seed and other bird food at 23 degrees or cooler.  We encourage that only a one (to two) month supply of bird seed is purchased.
